Heat Entertainment will not share data with any private marketing companies. Heat Entertainment will ONLY share email addresses for the purposes of a match, defined as an agreement by 2 parties that they agree to start communication on their own, away from the event at their own discretion. Heat Entertainment will share any details required by Law Enforcement. Heat Entertainment maintains its own server but cannot guarantee information cannot or will not be obtained by hackers.

Use at Your Own Risk

Participants in speed friending events organized by Ikon Marketing Group dba Heat Entertainment Group ("Heat Entertainment Group") acknowledge that they are engaging in these activities on a voluntary basis and at their own risk. The nature of speed friending involves meeting new people and, as with any social interaction, there is an inherent risk of personal disagreement, discomfort, or even conflict.

No Guarantees of Friendship or Success

Heat Entertainment Group does not guarantee that participants will find compatible friendships or achieve their desired social outcomes during any event. The role of Heat Entertainment Group is solely to provide a venue and opportunity for such interactions and not to ensure friendships or compatibility between participants.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for their actions, behavior, and interactions during the events. Heat Entertainment Group is not responsible for the conduct of any participant at any event, nor is it responsible for any exchange of information, including personal contact information, between participants.

Age and Conduct

Participants must be of legal age to engage in social interactions in the jurisdiction in which the event takes place. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards other participants and staff. Heat Entertainment Group reserves the right to remove any participant from an event due to inappropriate behavior without refund or compensation.

Liability Waiver

By participating in an event organized by Heat Entertainment Group, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ikon Marketing Group, Heat Entertainment Group, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and event hosts from any liabilities, claims, injuries, or damages that may arise directly or indirectly from their participation in the event.

Acknowledgment of Understanding

By participating in a Heat Entertainment Group event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer. You also acknowledge that this disclaimer represents a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) direct, indirect, or consequential damages; personal injury; property damage; and any other losses.
