We run a second, dedicated sound system for your ceremony, so your ceremony space never waits on the reception setup. Available with any package.

Lighting and additional sound zones depend on the equipment, setup time and layout your venue allows. A TV or slideshow is only worth adding where the screen will be clearly visible to your guests.
Good to know
- Setup and breakdown are included and are not counted against your entertainment hours.
- Additional hours are available at $200 per hour, arranged in advance.
- Vendor meals. Two meals, one for your DJ/MC and one for the assistant, when our team is on site during meal service.
- Travel. No travel charge anywhere in the Tri-Cities. Outside the Tri-Cities we quote on distance, time and whether an overnight stay is needed.
- Outdoor weddings. Our sound and lighting need a fully covered area with safe access to power.
- Ceremony audio is booked separately so the extra equipment, setup time and staffing are priced honestly rather than hidden in a package.
